How to Survive the Overlays

Top 10 ways to navigate the new reality.
I could not be this radically honest had I not navigated the gauntlet of generations of mental illness, abuse and a couple of lifetimes of being burned at the stake. As our galatic selves chose to be here at this time, we each have a role in navigating the negative overlays now. Here are the top 10 aspects of surviving the narrative we are living through now.
1 GET YOUR GURU
Please do find the person or diety on high that is your sage and wise teacher. Allow yourself to focus on their teachings and focus on any simple steps they recommend.
2 LIVE SIMPLY
What can you cut-out? Molding our persona is like carving away a clay block. Less is more.
3 HOLD YOUR FRIENDS CLOSE
Even when you seem to be on other ends of the spectrum. Accept that all people are doing the best they can with what they have been given.
4 PAUSEY VIBES
Take time every day to go within. Take stock of what you have. Gratitude is a super power.
Take out the trash. Unplug from the sources that repeatedly deliver bad news...it may take you a moment to realize what those sources are. Give it 3 days and if you feel like it, go back, in moderation.
You have your own dream, your business, a struggling relationship or your home to clean. Make a plan and absolutely admire the list when you have checked everything off.
7 BREATHE IN THE SUNLIGHT
More recently, studies and experiences are showing that sun exposure (especially in the morning at dawn and evening as the sun sets) this frequency improves our moods, sleeps and even our microbiome in our guts!
8 TAKE RISKS
Speaking of guts—fail harder. Try things and fail...Feel the thrill of risk taking which centers us in our bodies again, as we appreciate homeostasis after we stretch.
9 GRAB YOUR GIRLFRIENDS
There is nothing a community of women cant transmute with you and celebrate for you!
10 SING WILDLY
